Player Agreement Overview

This Player Agreement is a binding legal contract between you and BlitzMania. By creating an account, accessing the site, or using any part of the BlitzMania platform, you accept every term set out below.

BlitzMania operates as a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. No purchase necessary to play or win, and every game mode described in these terms remains available through free entry methods.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using BlitzMania immediately. Continued use of your account after any update to this Player Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms should be read alongside the current official terms posted on your account dashboard, which control in the event of any conflict with promotional materials elsewhere on the site.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Player Agreement or your use of BlitzMania will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

By accepting this agreement, you and BlitzMania each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding.

Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under rules generally applied to consumer disputes, and any award rendered may be entered as a judgment in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an individual claim in small claims court where permitted, or from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to register a BlitzMania account. Some regions require players to be 21 or older, and it is your responsibility to confirm which age applies where you reside.

Eligible states for sweepstakes participation vary and are confirmed at signup; eligibility depends on your state or region of residence, and you should always check current official terms for your location before creating an account.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. If local law restricts or bars sweepstakes-style promotions in your area, BlitzMania is not available to you and you must not attempt to register.

By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current, that you are creating only one account, and that you are not accessing BlitzMania from a jurisdiction where such platforms are restricted.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins are digital tokens made available to you under a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for entertainment purposes within the BlitzMania platform.

Gold Coins are a play-only token with no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or transferred outside the platform. Sweeps Coins are a promotional token that may be redeemable for prizes where legal, subject to the redemption rules posted on your account.

Neither token is currency, a financial instrument, or property that you own outright. Your relationship to any coin balance is a license to use it within BlitzMania, not a purchase of an asset, and that license may be modified or revoked as described in this agreement.

Coin balances have no guaranteed value and are not redeemable for cash except through the Sweeps Coins redemption process described in your account terms, where legally permitted.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

You must notify BlitzMania promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. BlitzMania is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

Profile information, including your name, contact details, and location, must be kept accurate. BlitzMania may request identity verification at any time and may suspend access until verification is complete.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

You may not create multiple accounts, use automated scripts or bots, exploit software errors, or attempt to manipulate outcomes on BlitzMania in any way.

Collusion between players, use of stolen payment details, identity misrepresentation, and attempts to redeem coins through fraudulent means are all strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

BlitzMania reserves the right to withhold coin balances, reverse transactions, and pursue any available legal remedy against players found to have engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All game titles, graphics, logos, software, and content displayed on BlitzMania are owned by BlitzMania or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.

If you submit feedback, reviews, forum posts, or other content to BlitzMania, you grant BlitzMania a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

BlitzMania does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, server errors, connectivity issues, and third-party service failures may cause temporary outages.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting game results or coin balances, BlitzMania may void affected rounds and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state.

BlitzMania is not responsible for losses of access, delays, or data discrepancies caused by your internet connection, device, or browser.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

BlitzMania is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlitzMania and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and total liability in any dispute is limited to the value of your Gold Coin balance associated with the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold BlitzMania harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of this Player Agreement or misuse of your account.

Termination and General Provisions

BlitzMania may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion, including for violation of this Player Agreement, suspected fraud, or extended inactivity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support through your account dashboard.

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. BlitzMania’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to do so later.

This Player Agreement, together with the current official terms posted on your account, represents the entire agreement between you and BlitzMania regarding your use of the platform as of 2026.
